We are back to our normal open hours of Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 4-8pm. We have had a busy August with ~70 people coming to use Pedallers over the last month. We are slowly getting the workshop layout settled, repairing the windows and making the space as friendly as possible, suggestions are welcome. Also if you have any bikes or tools you’d like to donate we are happy to accept them.

Hi all,

We have two announcements:

We are low on mechanics in August so we are not going to have Monday sessions (see the Opening Hours on the right for the up to date info). We will still be open on Wed and Thu 4-8pm. We will be back to our normal times in September.

We are also having our regular women and trans session this Sunday 15th from 1pm till 5pm (note the new start time).

Experience is helpful, but not essential, because anyone can participate in our learn-as-you-go approach. One of our on-duty mechanics will help guide you through the process, and you may also be paired with a more experienced volunteer. The emphasis is on “anyone can fix their bike” we have the tools and we will be learning together. Pedallers Arms volunteers are proud to have helped over 300 people with bike problems, if you have time to vounteer we would love to hear from you.

Our monthly women and trans bike workshop session is happening this Sunday. This is an open workshop where we share knowledge of bicycle maintenance in a friendly, informal atmosphere and through learning by doing. It’s a drop in session, so just come along any time between 12 noon and 5pm.

This Sunday 19th we’ll be open 12 – 5pm for our monthly women and
trans bike repair session. Drop by whenever you like. We’re not
focusing on anything in particular this week, so let’s tackle whatever
it is that needs doing to your bike!

Also, Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th of February we’ll be open to all
12 – 4pm, as part of ‘Come Find Us’- an “open area event celebrating
the actions of creative groups in Mabgate and Sheepscar” more info at

The Pedallers’ Arms is a place in Leeds to come and learn how to repair your bike in a friendly atmosphere. We run regular drop-in sessions and other bike related events that are open to all. We are based on Mabgate Green.

Our regular opening hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 4 – 8pm (+ other events on the calender).
Although we survive entirely from your support we are very grateful for the funding that has helped get this project started.

It’s the first women and trans session of the new year this Sunday the 15th. The workshop will be open from 12-5 so pop in with your bike whenever you like. We’ll be doing an intro to adjusting your gears at 1pm.
