This Sunday 17th March we are open from 12-4pm for our monthly women and trans session. This is a safe space where you can bring your bike down to work on. All mechanics on duty are women/trans.

See you there!
You may have noticed we have a brand spanking new logo. It has been very kindly designed by a local graphic designer, Chucho. We have been putting the new flyers out around Leeds. If you can distribute any then please come and take some to help more people hear about Pedallers’ Arms.
Here are the new flyers:
We also have a new poster which we are hoping to get put up in all the council One-Stop Centres in Leeds, if you know anywhere else we can put them please let us know.
Here is our poster:

Thank you very much to Pete Shadbolt who did our original logo, gone but not forgotten:
Lamberto Maggiorani plays Antonio, an unemployed man who finds a coveted job that requires a bicycle. When it is stolen on his first day of work, Antonio and his young son Bruno (Enzo Staiola) begin a frantic search, learning valuable lessons along the way. The movie focuses on both the relationship between the father and the son and the larger framework of poverty and unemployment in postwar Italy.

The Yorkshire Evening Post ran an article about co-operatives and we were in it, in fact it seemed to only have pictures of us. You can see the article with pictures of some of our mechanics. We are not too sure about the headline….
